Keeping the heart pumping through advocacy, collaboration, education, and support.
Every year, 350,000 people die from cardiac arrest in the United States. Chances of survival for individuals who experience an emergency cardiac event can be predicted by the number of people who are CPR certified in their area. Our goal is to make these training accessible for every community.
Heart of Valor Inc. participates in political advocacy to support the systematic changes necessary to improve heart health outcomes for our community.
Hearts of Valor Inc. is dedicated to spreading community awareness about the realities surrounding cardiovascular disease, including prevalence, risk factors, symptoms, and barriers to treatment. Hearts of Valor Inc. brings clinical professionals out into the community to provide free health screenings, blood pressure readings, and medical consultations to uninsured and underserved populations. Our goal is to catch the signs and symptoms of cardiovascular diseases in its preliminary stages.
Hearts of Valor Inc. advocates for equity in access to preventive measures, such as healthy eating, exercise, and primary healthcare; as well as equity in access to treatment interventions for cardiovascular diseases.
Hearts of Valor Inc. is dedicated to collaborating with the community we serve in order to understand how our organization can best meet their heart health needs. We are constantly adjusting community outreach initiatives based on feedback from our community.
Hearts of Valor Inc. provides education on the prevalence, prevention, and treatment management of cardiovascular diseases. In doing so, we empower our community to take charge of their cardiovascular health.
Cardiovascular disease is a chronic illness that will impact survivors for the rest of their lives. Hearts of Valor Inc. supports life-saving measures, including advancements in research, optimization of treatment management, and improvements in emergency responding.
